What i made today: Soondubu Jjigae I had some kimchi I wanted to get rid of, pressure cooked some kelp stock. Used two types of tofu and also fresh cabbage in combination. It's good, I think I prefer less egg. And this is going to be my lunch for 7 days :p.

What I made today. Pasta with fire roasted tomato sauce, prime Flat iron and ricotta Calabrion chili. No plan, this is just a random assortment of ingredients we had leftover. Flavors ended up being some southwestern pasta.
