So I've been having really intense and painful headaches recently. They've been extremely sudden, rising to a crescendo and then disappearing. I've done some googling and it appears to be a potential thunderclap headache. This could potentially be serious. Great.

Ok so I had a talk with my manager today about how I've been feeling a bit left behind in all of the promotions that are going on. He said he completely understands it and feels I have been overlooked. So he's going to make a change to that and is putting me on the path to a promotion.

My melasma seems to be very slowly going away. Very pleased about this as having big brown splodges on your face isn't exactly attractive.

Gig went off spectacularly last night and everyone seemed to have fun. Really pleased.

I'm by myself tonight and for some reason very down in the dumps about life in general. I've honestly no idea why, but just feeling like my life is very sad and that I live a boring existence. In reality I am very blessed but my brain doesn't seem to think so.

I am so seriously tempted to join the Green Party. Polanski seems like a thoroughly decent chap with stellar policies. Hmm, will give it a very good think before making any decisions.

My work are putting on a Skindred gig at the weekend and I was fundamental in booking them. I could not be more proud or excited. 🤩 Even better, husband and besties are coming along to join in the fun. It's gonna be a great night!

My neck, shoulder and back are extremely sore at the moment. This seems to be for no apparent reason. I really should take time off work but I don't want to be judged for doing so. So I guess I'll just continue to be in agony for no reason.
