It’s been a week of being on my meds and I’ve felt so much happier, less stressed, and all around so so good about myself and my surroundings. I still have a lot to work on, but I’m doing better every day ❤️

Day 3 on my Zoloft: feeling super shaky today. I don’t feel irritable at all though! I slept pretty good again last night so that’s improvement!

Vulnerable post: day 2 of being on my Zoloft. I feel tired, but I slept so good last night. The constant noise in my head that keeps me up was nearly SILENT. I think the tiredness will be a thing for a few weeks. My therapist told me my body lives in constant fight or flight mode.

I started taking my meds today and it already feels like a constant battle of my anxiety wanting to take over vs the Zoloft wanting to take over
