Hello! I’m still here and to report that removing social media apps from my phone was a good choice after all. I’m still making art and in the process of setting up my website to share sometime this year. My next challenge is getting out of the habit of reaching for my phone when waiting in line!

Going to start recommending people a fav book series of mine in hopes people draw fanart of one of my favorite characters…in the meantime I guess I have to cook myself

#Pleinair time! Went to local island to paint with a smaller pochade box. Big lesson learned: bring a chair (or towel) to the beach. I sat on my backpack as an alternative. Knowing how brutally honest they can be, having a kid compliment my WIP was worth the sand. #oilpainting
