Happy 14th birthday to my Teddy (he acts much younger). And happy heavenly birthday to his sister Tori. We rescued them when they were five months old. Teddy is super smart and so much fun. Love him with all my heart! ❤️

Mike has been my valentine since we met each other in college 55 years ago. He has certainly proven his love for me over the past few months after my medical crisis. He stayed with me every night in ICU and in Cardiac Care. He’s been my caretaker at home and has helped me back to independence ❤️❤️❤️

I’m so bored, Mom. Make winter go away so we can go walk in the park. I would if I could, little buddy 😔

Dear World: We have no idea what the fuck is going on with our government. We are baffled, shocked, bewildered and horrified. We are also deeply ashamed and so sorry for the harm the people in power are causing all over the place. We’re just…frozen and numb with horror. That’s pretty much it.

After I spent a month in the hospital and two weeks in rehab, my Teddy decided he would never let me leave him again. He now follows me everywhere and I’m okay with that. I missed him, too.

73 years ago today this precious boy, my brother Walter, passed away. He was six years old. He contracted a bad case of the measles when he was three which developed into encephalitis. There was no vaccine at that time. How many parents will go through this now because of stupid politicians?

Poor Teddy had to have some pretty serious surgery. Celebrating week one of recovery with a treat. He’s looking handsome in his blue camo recovery suit, designed so he doesn’t have to wear a cone.

Lots of people grow zucchini. It’s an easy vegetable to grow. But how many of you can grow one shaped like a duck? This is from my garden. I’m a talented woman 😂
