If it wasn't for the winds, Friday would've been decent. It wasn't cold. We didn't get much snow and the driveway was dry so I skateboarded for 15 minutes. I did some noseslides, railsides, tailslides, and jump ramp ollies. I saw a red-tailed hawk blow over & a white-breasted nuthatch at the feeder.

I skateboarded at the park on Monday after work. The lake was a flat calm and it wasn't cold. I was out of gas and didn't have much so I cruised around for 35 minutes. I did some frontside sliders, fakie ollies, tailslides, maybe a noseslide, and a 43. I heard a Canadian goose in the distance.

Sunday was another day impacted by high winds. It was mild and sunny, but the breeze was rough. I skateboarded in the driveway in the afternoon. I did some jump ramp ollies, frontside 50-50s, noseslides, and tailslides. I saw a chickadee, a downy woodpecker, and a mourning dove in the backyard.

I skateboarded at the park and in the driveway on Saturday afternoon. I was doing fine until my head left the zone I was in. I think I got cold. Between the two spots, I landed some frontside sliders, curb ollies, pop shove-its, boardslides, noseslides, tailslides, and jump ramp ollies. (1/2)

I swung by the park to skateboard Friday after work. The lights are on. It was damp from the morning rain and the wind picked up so there wasn't much I could do. I did a fakie backside 180 ollie I was stoked on, frontside sliders, tailslides, and a 43. I saw a grey squirrel.

I skateboarded at the park for 15 minutes on Thursday’s lunch break. Weather was sunny. I was too rushed to have any fun. I did a few frontside sliders, boardslides, and fakie ollies before going back to work. I only saw a seagull. A great blue heron flew over my place when I got home for the day.

I met up with my friend at Food Court Skatepark on Wednesday afternoon. Skateboarding inside was definitely the right choice since it was sunny and nice outside. I did some boardslides, tailslides, noseslides, fakie ollies, and backside 50-50s. I saw a red-tailed hawk on the drive.

Due to a clerical error about the weather, I forgot to bring my board to work on Tuesday. I wound up skateboarding in the driveway for five minutes after work. I did a noseslide, a frontside boardslide, and a couple tailslides before it was dark. This somehow counts. I saw a junco in the morning.

I intended to skateboard at JSP on Saturday. Weather was warm so I skated the driveway instead. It was fun until a thunderstorm hit. I did some frontside 50-50s, railslides, 43s, tailslides, a noseslide, and a jump ramp ollie. It's possible a robin or a red-winged blackbird was around the yard.

The rain and wind finally let up so I got skateboarding at the park after work on Friday. The lights are on, but I didn't have time to stay due to dinner. I cruised around and got a few boardslides, frontside sliders, fakie ollies, tailslides, and a 43. I saw a couple of crows at lunch.

Saturday was rainy. I went skateboarding at Jamestown Skateboard Products. They are decorating the park to look like a combo of the Great Northern and the Black Lodge. I skated like somebody who hadn't skated in a week. It was cool to see the regulars rip it up. I saw a red-tailed hawk on the drive.

It’s been rainy and very windy the last few days so I haven’t gotten to skateboard at all. There’s also the needlessly early sunsets to contend with as well. I haven’t seen much in the way of birds either. I think a couple days off are fine, but I'm also bored with being stuck inside.

I skateboarded at the park in the afternoon on Sunday. I rolled for a bit, but wasn’t into it. I also skated the driveway. I did some frontside sliders, fakie ollies, tailslides, ride-on grinds, and frontside 50-50s. I saw a few snow buntings on the lake. A red-tailed hawk drifted over the yard.

For Saturday, I skateboarded at the park in the morning and in the driveway in the late afternoon. I guess I did some frontside sliders, fakie ollies, board slides, ride-on grinds, noseslides, and tailslides for the day. I saw five American coots on the lake and a red-breasted nuthatch in the yard.

Friday was Halloween. Somehow it didn't rain so I skateboarded in the driveway after work. The wind was too strong. I got a few boardslides, tailslides, and jump ramp ollies. My folks had 4 trick or treaters. They average 12 most years. I only saw a windblown turkey vulture and a few house finches.

I skateboarded in the driveway after work on Wednesday. It might have been one of the last warmer days. It was breezy or else I’d have hit the park. Nothing was clicking. I mostly tried to go fast to do a bunch of noseslides and ride-on grinds. I saw five or maybe six red-winged blackbirds.

Tuesday was warm, but windy. I did some driveway skateboarding after work. It was decent. I landed some boardslides, ride-on grinds, noseslides, a frontside 50-50, and tailslides. I saw the three red-winged blackbirds again and a downy woodpecker.

Work wiped me out and I had a headache for Monday. It was also windy. I gave driveway skateboarding a try. It wasn't great. I did some boardslides, tailslides, a noseslide, a frontside 50-50, and a couple jump ramp ollies. I saw three red-winged blackbirds fly by.

I went skateboarding at the park after lunch on Sunday. I wasn’t into it and should’ve waited until later in the day. Whatever was clicking for Saturday wasn’t there for today. I saw the flock of robins again in my yard in the morning and a few juncos in the backyard this evening.

I skateboarded at the park on Saturday. It had been raining since Tuesday. Park was empty. Weather was mild. I cruised around doing some frontside railslides, pop shove-its, fakie ollies, and tailslides. I saw 3 double-crested cormorants on the drive. There were 8-10 robins in my yard this morning.

Tuesday was nice and mild. I got in some driveway skateboarding after work. I did some boardslides, ride-on grinds, 43s, an ollie off the jump ramp, and tailslides. I've been skating like crap the last couple months and this felt better somehow. I think the only bird I saw was a cardinal.

I had a headache and it was windy on Monday. I reluctantly gave driveway skateboarding a go. I landed a few noseslides, boardslides, and tailslides. It wasn't too bad, all things considered. There was a downy woodpecker, a mourning dove, and a cardinal in the backyard.

On Friday, I did a little driveway skateboarding after work. It was not happening at all. I guess I landed a few boardslides and tailslides. There was a white-breasted nuthatch, a chickadee, a cardinal, and a song sparrow in the yard.

I skateboarded in the driveway for Thursday after work. I started out OK, but fizzled out by dinner time. I can never get any sort of rhythm going any more. I got a few noseslides, boardslides, tailslides, and jump ramp ollies. The yard was lean on birds. Two crows and a turkey vulture drifted over.

For Wednesday, I did some driveway skateboarding after work. I was not firing on any cylinders and I couldn't land much. I miss when I could have fun rolling instead of battling for basic tricks. I saw a red-winged blackbird in the neighbor's tree. It was probably migrating south from up north.

I skateboarded in the driveway after work on Monday and Tuesday. Nothing was clicking for Monday and yesterday was slightly better. I got a few 50-50s, noseslides, and boardslides. There have been a ton of blue jays around lately.

Sunday started rainy. I was moving in slow motion. It turned into a sunny day so I skateboarded in the driveway in the late afternoon. I tried to have fun and did each trick once without much struggle so I guess that’s cool. There was a white-breasted nuthatch and many house finches in the yard.

I was up late watching baseball on Friday & was out of gas for Saturday. I ran errands & swung by the skatepark in the morning. I cruised around & did a few tricks on the curb. It rained later so that was all for skateboarding. I maybe saw an osprey dive into the lake, but that's an educated guess.

I skateboarded in the driveway on Friday after work. I skipped Thursday. I set up a new board with a different type of grip tape. It seems OK. I haven't been skating good the last few months so every time rolling turns into a slog. I saw a chickadee, a downy woodpecker, and three mourning doves.

Skateboarding was rained out on Tuesday. I set up a new board so I spent Wednesday in the driveway after work getting used to the new ride. I did some frontside 50-50s, boardslides, tailslides, and 43s. I tried a different type of griptape. It seemed better. There were two song sparrows in the yard.

The weather was warm and cloudy for Monday so I did some driveway skateboarding after work. I was too tired to get anything out of it. There were not many birds in yard at all. I only saw a chickadee, a cardinal, and a song sparrow.

Saturday's baseball game went extra innings so I was tired for Sunday. I skateboarded at the Jamestown city park. Place was empty save for a BMX kid. He didn't stay long. I cruised around, did a few boardslides, fakie ollies, and backside 180s before giving up. There were only mallards & blue jays.

I inadvertently took Thursday off from skateboarding. We went out to eat and it got dark fast. I skated the driveway on Friday and Saturday with mixed results. It seems like any trick can be a chore. I landed enough to make it count, but it wasn't fun. A pair of chickadees are always in the yard.

There was wind for Wednesday. I did some driveway skateboarding after work. I landed some boardslides, ride-on grinds, and tailslides. I did a pop shove-it, too. The driveway isn't great for flatground. The young grackle is still hanging around the yard and there was a white-breasted nuthatch.

Tuesday was the exact same as Monday. I skateboarded like crap in the driveway. The red-breasted nuthatch was back in the yard and about 20 turkey vultures drifted over during the late afternoon.

For Monday, I did some skateboarding in the driveway after work. It was just not clicking at all. This happens all the time now. I was maybe tired from Sunday. There was a red-breasted nuthatch at the backyard feeders.

I skateboarded at the Jamestown city park on Sunday morning. Somebody vomited on the stairs. Of course my board managed to roll through it. There was an abandoned pocket knife, too. I'm glad I'm adult so I have paper towels and hand sanitizer in my car. I saw two cormorants and a bunch of mallards.

I was exhausted for Saturday and didn't even bother with skateboarding beyond doing two ollies in the street. I wasted a good late summer weather day, but I was out of gas. The young grackle is still in the backyard along with a couple of chickadees.

Friday was warm and sunny. I did some skateboarding in the driveway after work. I got some boardslides, noseslides, tailslides, and ride-on grinds. That's where I'm at these days. I'm old and tired. There was a downy woodpecker in the backyard. They haven't been around much lately.

I skateboarded at the park on Thursday. Wednesday was rainy. We ate out dinner early so I had time before the sun set. Park was empty with an odd breeze. Due to a lack of light & the wind. I did some frontside boardslides on the curb and fakie ollies on the quarterpipe. I saw a few windblown gulls.

Skateboarding was rained out on Monday. I was back at it on Tuesday. I skated the driveway for a bit before dinner. It really was not working for me at all. I probably should've taken another day off. There's been a young grackle around the yard and it is finally getting its adult plumage.

I stuck with driveway skateboarding for the weekend. It was nothing spectacular. Saturday actually felt fun. I wanted to hit a park on Sunday, but there was wind. There has been a white-breasted nuthatch in the yard and turkey vultures migrating. I saw a killdeer and a great blue heron around town.

I forget the sun sets earlier now. We went out for dinner two towns over. When we got home, I didn’t have much light left. I skateboarded in the driveway for 25 minutes. I fit in some boardslides, noseslides, and tailslides. It counts. I saw 6-12 robins while driving home from work on Thursday.

Wednesday was a repeat of the last two days. It was a nice warm outside so I skateboarded in the driveway for a bit after work. I did some noseslides, boardslides, ride-on grinds, and a 43. I was worn out hence the laziness. There have been a couple song sparrows around the yard.

Tuesday was the same as Monday. I skateboarded in the driveway for a little bit after work. I guess I did some noseslides, boardslides, and tailslides. A dozen turkey vultures drifted over and a vole ran across the driveway.
