Last night I did a full rig test. This is fully outdoors, next to the sea. It can rain and all this still works.

Today, I was chatting with the big boss of the venue I'm building and a bird literally shit on my head, mid conversation. Everybody told me it's good luck. It did not feel like good luck. Lol

The venue is starting to look good.

Today I spent 2 hours wrestling with a DMX Artnet node that just would not behave, only to eventually find a tiny note on the manufacturers page, pointing to an alternative firmware that immediately resolved the problem. Mildly infuriating waste of time.

DJ Booth almost complete. 2 weeks to open.

Crane day, truss up.

Last minute moving light repairs on sites. Not ideal, but at least the workbench view is amazing.

Everything working. Sweet.

Rigging trusses, always fun... Lots of pixels. Tonight when the sun goes down I will address and configure all the pixels and do a bit of a test before the crane comes to hoist everything up.

Personal project: Working on a video template in Resolve, deep into the fusion tab designing VFX that mimic a 3rd person adventure game HUD. Kinda learning Resolve as I go. Fun times. I am liking #Resolve Totally worth the ticket price.
