Christmas miracles are hard to come by in this economy. I’m tired of it all, to be fair. I see so many others struggling and I wish I was doing better myself so I can help… Instead, I’m just another person trying to stay above water.

Good news: blood work came back completely normal. My boy is okay..apart from not eating. But he’s taken to prescription wet food really well. I still have to find a way to cover the vet bill, but thankfully there are no additional expenses.

Morning bump. Galileo’s vet bill is $270…if his blood work comes back with a diagnosis, it will probably end up being more. He’s rail thin and I’m having nightmares of my cat who died of lymphoma way too young…I cried for a week over him.

UPDATE: One hour before appointment, which is a minimum of 200 with tests. Assuming they don’t want to do additional tests. It could be lymphoma (please god no) or bladder stones again (he almost died from those 2 years ago) Let’s hope he’ll be okay…
