I liked ‘Devil Wears Prada 2’, however it just felt a little too self aware of itself. Like the Vogue needle drop montage just didn’t hit hard enough. Andy’s romance plot felt tacked on. All the destination shots were beautiful. I hope we get a third movie, I want more ugh.

‘Project Hail Mary’ is the best movie of 2026 so far. Ryan Gosling crushes it with his performance. The only unbelievable part of the movie is his character being single/alone on Earth, like no way. The movie is amaze amaze amaze.

‘Reminders of Him’ is a movie about a white woman convicted felon with brown hair desperately trying to connect with her estranged daughter while also falling in love in the process. Big fan of Maika Monroe. I liked it, very Lifetime movie if you’re into that.

Finally completed Dawntrail Savage. I can't believe I did all 12 in Party Finder, easily the best thing about DT. Really incredible fights all round. I don't think I'll do this again next expansion, Party Finder Savage was so painful.

I liked Emerald Fennell’s ‘Wuthering Heights’. It’s the costumes, music, and the vibe of the whole film that’s just my favorite. Really loved that gold tooth.

I liked ‘Return to Silent Hill’. I think Christophe Gans knows how to make a good looking movie. It’s similar to his first Silent Hill movie, like it has problems but as a movie it’s beautifully shot (some of the CGI was meh). It’s really not that bad. Also they gave post cards.

‘Marty Supreme’ is surprisingly good, might be my favorite movie this year. I honestly hope Timothee Calamet wins the Oscar for this role. Cause Marty Mauser is an iconic character

Really enjoyed ‘Song Sung Blue’ but Hugh Jackman’s wig was giving more No Country for Old Men than Neil Diamond

‘Ella McCay’ is a movie about a white woman with brown hair. The most insane hair/wig situation I’ve seen in a movie. I would have renamed the film, American Horror Story: Split Ends.

Chloe Zhao’s ‘Hamnet’ is a beautiful movie. I learned hanging around in a forest makes you a gypsy witch, where the hot master Latin tutor next door falls in love with you. What a love story, Chloe Zhao does it again!

I watched ‘Zootopia 2’ without watching the first movie. That was basically a romantic comedy. The story whatever. I could not believe how much TEASE their situationship as “Friends/Partners”. Just KISS already, god.

Just watched ‘Bugonia’ and it’s not my favorite Yorgos Lanthimos film, but it’s a really fascinating cautionary tale on schizo behavior. Honestly didn’t know where this one was going, his movies just go in crazy directions. Loved it.

Just watched an afternoon showing of ‘Babygirl’ and a couple in front of me said “This sucks, I want to go”. They left as Nicole Kidman was licking a saucer of milk on the floor in that horrible wig.

Just watched ‘Wicked’ with a packed theater and it made the experience way more fun. I made an audible gasp when the wickedly talented Adele Dazeem appeared on screen.

Just watched ‘We Live in Time’ and the romantic-comedy label confused me. It’s way more serious than your typical rom-com. Regardless, the chemistry between Pugh and Garfield was off the charts.

I post this on Twitter when I go to the movies. I write quick reviews as I’m leaving the theater. So I just watched an early showing of ‘Your Monster’. Really interesting take on handling your inner monster. I like the romance and musical aspect. It was a refreshing watch and I recommend it. Yup lol
