AIG Women’s Open in Wales for the First Time! Royal Porthcawl will host the event from July 30th - August 3rd. The largest women’s sporting event ever held in Wales has seen an increase in Golf across the country.

The Welsh Rugby Union just launched their Women’s Rugby World Cup kit. Let’s look at the competition, coming up in August and September! The team’s Co-Captains, Alex Callander and Katie Williams sported the kit at a special launch at the National Botanical Garden of Wales yesterday (16 July).

Let’s have a little look back at Cymru’s first major pêl-droed tournament 😍 After only being recognised in 1993, the Welsh side faced a long period of setbacks and near-misses, until their triumph in December 2024 against Ireland to make it to the Ewros

When we were updating the Wikipedia pages of the team ahead of the kick off of the Ewros, it was stark the number of the team who had either had to play with the boys or had to stop playing for a time when they were young because the provision for them wasn’t there.
