I want to move to another country. I tried to love Puerto Rico, my homeland, but I’m getting tired of this. The frequent power outages are just the tip of the iceberg, there’s a lot of wrong here and I’m supposed to live with it apparently because “it is what it is”. 😑

My therapist said that I need to try and start making small changes before moving onto big ones. One roadblock I’ve had is my inability to socialize due to my social anxiety. As a result, I tend to feel lonely when my small circle of friends are busy in their own lives. (1/2)
