Just as in Word and PowerPoint, you can create and manage shapes in Excel. I frequently use shapes to provide headers or contextual information for my spreadsheet models.

Many Excel users don’t know that you can include images and shapes in your workbooks. One very useful tool that’s available in Excel and other Office programs is the screenshot tool, which you can use to capture all or part of a screen or program window.
