Tried this Chickpea Tempeh from Lightlife and it is really tasty!! Has a slightly lighter taste than soy tempeh but I didn't see much difference. I marinated it in some BBQ sauce overnight before baking with some veggies at 425F until tender. #Vegan #VeganFood #VeganMealPrep #Tempeh #Chickpeas 😋❤️

Made some #Vegan #Chimichurri #Tofu inspired by Sarah's Vegan Kitchen on #YouTube.. she made her own chimichurri and they put it on the grill. I went to Trader Joe's, got the sauce, marinated the tofu for around three hours then baked at 425F for 30 minutes. So good! #VeganMealPrep #VeganFood
