Thought I would try #Sunchokes 🌻Roasted @425F for about 20" & wow!! They are soooo good! 🌻Tried not to eat too many because internet said they were very fibrous. Raw, they cut like jicama. Then roasted, taste like a creamy white potato with sweet notes that melt in your mouth! #Vegan #VeganFood 🌻

I found some Chestnuts 🌰 to try roasting in the oven. I've never roasted them before so I found instructions to roast at 425F for 25-30 minutes. I think my oven was too hot so next time I will lower that a bit. 🌰 Yummy and fun!🌰 #Vegan #VeganFood #VeganTreats #Holiday #Chestnuts 🌰 #VeggiesRock !

Tastes like taco seasoning but not overpowering with the cumin,,just creamy hummus with a nice taco flavor 🌮 I can see using this in a layer dip or other recipe. Tried Fonio, the ancient West African grain 🌍 and I loved it!! It reminds me of Cream of Wheat but it has a sort of couscous texture. The grains are so tiny!! I just ate it plain but you could add this to so many dishes and soups!! Will buy again 👍🏼 #Fonio #Vegan #VeganFood #VeganMealPrep #Grains

Tried this Chickpea Tempeh from Lightlife and it is really tasty!! Has a slightly lighter taste than soy tempeh but I didn't see much difference. I marinated it in some BBQ sauce overnight before baking with some veggies at 425F until tender. #Vegan #VeganFood #VeganMealPrep #Tempeh #Chickpeas 😋❤️
