Pretty much this. I've noticed several who were unsuccessful at getting attention through YouTube/TikTok that decided getting a fursuit would be a shortcut to fame, and they always feel hollow. No passion for the fandom, no community support, just all about them and it's gross. Hard pass.

My stress level is even higher now getting the official word that once the company vehicles break down, they want to switch to using our personal vehicles for work, and with my company car constantly overheating, I'm feeling the crunch to get a new job fast in a bad job market x.x
