ICE agents will lurk outside the US Marine Corps graduation ceremony, intimidating the families of the new Marines. ​​Every family member should be able to celebrate the amazing accomplishment of their loved one becoming a U.S. Marine without fear of arrest or being harassed by ICE agents.
