Met up with an old friend today and it made life a little better. Human connection rules.

When I started my musical journey I was big into idolizing the greats. As I got older I realized those people weren’t so great and it made music a lot less intimidating. Instead of “I’ll never play like ____” my mindset shifted to “if that POS can do it, so can I”

I gave some advice about music production to a younger coworker and he thanked me for not just giving a “keep up the good” response.
