So yes, I'll be talking about connection a lot here - this is my definition, from a lot of thought that went into my book. "Connection allows life energy, experienced as love to bring our inner selves to engage with reality." Connection is fundamental to being human, all you have to do is open up.

Well, it's great to have a fresh start here with friends who appreciate the value of kindness, compassion and creativity. Looking forward to more connection worldwide and locally. 😊
