Happy Monday! Trying something different this week. These are Tier One bad guys from XCom 2: the Enemy Within. ADVENT is a futuristic alien/human hybrid army determined to rule the world. The plan is to do one tier a day. Mostly troops, some minions, and Grenades! Everyone loves a good grenade!

I play Magic: the Gathering. I USED to be good with occasional spikes of great. Now I am mediocre with occasional drips of good. Building a new Commander deck this week. Spider-Man Commander and the idea is zero fantasy elements. All subway cars and New York lands and ninja turtle sewers.

My Daggerheart game ended. We are playing Mage next. I posted in the Mage FB group asking for unique ideas to get the group together. Roughly half of them were useful. The other half either felt I needed tutoring on how to play or criticizing the one or two ideas I put forth. Fakkin people.

Through a series of improbable rolls, one PC found the forge of creation and made the god-Emporer an actual god. All this new god(Emporer) had to do was sacrifice the being that dared touch the forge. And then the new god(Emporer) didn’t need his troopers anymore. Everyone retired. Mage next.

Spoilers for the movie in »Sinners ». . . . . . . . . Ive been talking up Sinners the past few days. I’m happy Jordan, Coogler and the rest of the cast and crew got all the awards and accolades. But as is my M.O. lately, if I talk about something a little too long, it becomes fodder for Daggerheart.

Ajani and Jace are two Planeswalkers from the worlds greatest collectable card game, Magic: the Gathering. The MtG universe would be a perfect setting for a Daggerheart Campaign Frame. Maybe one day.
