Ghislaine Maxwell, a convicted child sex trafficker, gets gardening time, sports, therapy dogs, and spa products in prison. Migrant children in custody are sleeping on concrete floors without enough food or clean water. Our priorities are so fucked.

It feels once again important to remind everyone that it is not possible to become a billionaire in an ethical way. An ethical person could not tolerate the degree of abuses of employees and customers that it takes to accumulate that wealth. If you reply with 'not my billionaire', I'll block you.

Does anyone know if Taylor Rehmet is religious or talked about religion in his campaign? I checked a few articles on him and his website -- didn't find anything (though I haven't watched the interviews that are video-only).

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

When Trump calls climate change a "con job," he is representing his fossil fuel billionaire friends, not science. Climate change is REAL. It is an existential threat to the planet and future generations. We must transform our energy systems away from fossil fuels.
