Last week we kicked off our #ResearchMonth lunc & learns with a panel discussion between early career investigators. A huge thank you to Dr. Dana Bakula, Dr. Kate Kyler, & Dr. Craig Smail for sharing how they got to where they are now, what their work involves & what they've learned along the way!

It was so cool to see this about Jada Ohene-Agyei, M.D., who is a past TL1 pre-doctoral scholar of ours. She's now in residency @ Cleveland Clinic, but during her time @ UMKC School of Medicine, she was very active in trying to improve healthcare. We're so proud of her & can't wait for the future!

Congratulations to the recent TIARA graduates! This worldwide program provides researchers, providers, and healthcare professionals with the implementation science knowledge needed to prioritize more rapid adoption of evidence-based practices.
