My mistake, the Stringer is a hybrid of ALL the weapons in its class. It fires 5 shots like the Wellstring, fires long range when fully charged like Tri-Stringer, and can charge normally in midair like Reeflux (shows in the NoE weapon video today)

I think I’m right. 2 weapons per class, 3 for shooters, 1 for stringers splatanas and brushes. The Splatoon JP twitter account posted these weapons (and brellas/blasters, which only showed brella/tent and blaster/rapid pro, like i said). Looks like Stringers and Brushes are a hybrid of 2 weapons?
