A couple of pre-amble panoramic photos taken on a short climb up on to the hillside for a better view of last week's full moon rise. An interesting looking roll cloud was stretched over the Forth Valley and hanging near the horizon where the moon would appear, threatening to spoil it all.

Watching a doc on G8 (with Putin!) when countries came together in Scotland in 2005 to help countries less fortunate. Can’t even look after their own now. America’s done.

40 years. Since LiveAid. Was on a train from Edinburgh to Great Yarmouth that day, so it’s been good to catch up with that on the BBC documentary there. We were so much better as folk in 1985 than now.
