I recently met with representatives from across the #Scottishwhisky industry. The UK and South Korea are negotiating a new trade deal. With Korea being one of the top consumers of #Scottishwhisky any trade deal we do must put #Scottishwhisky at its heart.

Scotland’s wind farms are being PAID to switch off… because our grid can’t handle the load. It’s already cost more than £2.1 billion this year. If the UK wants real decarbonisation, upgrading the grid has to be at the heart of our industrial strategy. Clean power only works if we can move it.
