It’s a conundrum. If I don’t write a political poem I feel irresponsible, but if I only write political poems then my creativity has been coopted by external events.

There’s no perspective here, but as we had Audrey out for her bedtime constitutional my son told me to look up and overhead I saw the biggest moon halo in all of my years.
