Today, on what would have been my mom's 89th birthday, I open a box of pulp magazines and found her date books from 1954 and 1957. And here are a few photos of her from those days, back in the beautiful #SanFernandoValley. Happy Birthday, mom!!

Issue #1 of #AmazingStories. Boy, it's going to take me a long time to scan all 54 of these and then describe and photograph the inside pages.... Oy.

I decided to start working on the pulp magazines I have. It's been since 2008 since I last sold any. So, I grabbed one of the many boxes and scored! I have the first 54 issues of #AmazingStories, including the first appearance of #BuckRogers in #August1938. One recently sold for $105,000!
