I stood at my grandparents grave today, it took all my strength to stand for about 10 minutes (and l'll pay for it tomorrow) but l'm so happy I was able to do this on my Nana's birthday, I love and miss her so much 🥹🤍

Today's two years since my hip replacement surgery, that surgery changed my life for the better I'm so grateful to Tallaght University Hospital and my incredible surgeon Professor Joseph Queally for giving me my life back 🤍🫶🏼

The one thing I would love to have is a strong immune system: I think I'm at the start of a chest infection 🫠🫤, and even though I think I can take on the world (and most of the time I can try) my immune system will always stop and bring me a reality check of whats really in charge 🥲
