She looks down to her hooves, thinking for a moment, before looking up “It’s that I don’t hurt anyone ever again. .i hurt someone really close to me. .and all of it was because of peer pressure.” Noelle frowns, leading it off like an argument. “I don’t ever want to do that again. .”

“Place fish in a fishbowl and have him live happy life getting fat.” :3

She keeps a steady pace occasionally taking a moment to look at the large glass murals with The prophecy on them. .they are quite interesting. “So. . .what have you been up to all these years? . .” Noelle wanted to break the silence as they walk. .

“Well, everyone thought you were. .” Her breath hitches, she hugs tighter “Gone. .like, gone gone. .eben if you are this. .this is SO much better than. .never seeing you again. .” Then she looks up, a big smile on her fave “I’ve missed you so much, we all have. .”-

“It’s. . .its ok, Dess. .” Noelle couldn’t feel any emotion other than joy. .she swiftly gathers the pieces she dropped and begins to place them on open spots in her armor. “I’m just. .REALLY happy to see you’ve been ok all this time. .”

Noelle simply embraces her sister again, but this time, with tears rolling down her eyes, and a grip that feels like she never wants to let go. “I. . .we all thought you . .” She can’t even pull her head up from her sister’s shoulder, she’s. . .she’s SO happy to see her sister again

She jumps forward to the ground the second she hears that voice, then rolling on her back and seeing that wicked smile, those two eyes, and the hand that was ever so close to her neck. It lets out a laugh, one filled with feminine tones and notes, before disappearing once more. .-

“Oh!” She rushes forward, find a few decent sized shards of glass, picking them up and turning to face the knight. “Lookie! A whole pile!” Behind her was that same unsettling face. . .a clawed hand just barely visible behind Noelle, threatening, no, challenging The Knight to try and attack. .-

As they walk, Noelle keeps a keen eye out for that smile again, trying to keep a calm composure as they look for more shards. .which are beginning to become more of a requirement now that something else was looming with them. “Why was that thing so creepy looking? . .i wonder why it left. .”-

“We. . .should probably keep moving. .I’d prefer if we didn’t have to see that thing again. .” Noelle lets go, the hair ruffle cements her thoughts from before. .it really is her. . “Then again, it would be kind of nice to try this new ring out.” She liked this one because it was pretty and-

It doesn’t seem bothered, as it lets the sword hit right in the mask. .which shot back a pitch white eye, one that pierced through the darkness for them to see, but it was devoid of any light. It gets hit by the darkened projectiles, and disappears into the darkness from once it came.

The smile never falters, never moves, and once the final sword is fired, it moves, shifting into the gaze of a white line. . .similar to the visor on a certain helmet. Then, the attack is imitated, with a blade, and blade, and three more blades, which are exact copies of the ones thrown at it. .

Noelle sees something. . .something in the black void. She looks. .scared “It’s. .smiling. .” She frowns starting to backpedal behind her shrouded relative in a show of trust There was indeed, something smiling back, a full set of pitch white fangs, glinting in the dark. . But no colored eyes. .

Noelle silently follows behind, trying to keep herself from breaking down into tears and tackle hugging her long lost sister. . Though this expression and silence is broken when Noelle notices something in the distance Something that wasn’t glass “Hey. .what’s that over there? . .”

She sees the exposed hole, and after a moment, her heart stops. . .she. . .remembers. . Her eyes are wide with shock, she’s frozen, more frozen than her fighting style. She tries to say something, but no noise exits her agape mouth. . She. . .its. . .

Noelle keeps her pace, nudging one more time before her smile softens “Alright, you can stay silent, but I’m gonna learn your name eventually~!” . . . “Unless you. .uh, don’t have one. .” Her smiles turns into a frown as she realizes she might have overstepped

Cue her walking over and giving a playful nudge on the Knight’s arm, trying to inch them on “You don’t gotta be shy! I’m Noelle!” She tries to introduce herself, but the Angel has no idea WHO was under that helmet, they already know her. V e r y well.

“Woah. .that’s pretty co-“ When they begin to speak her eyes light up, they had broken the silence! “You don’t gotta be afraid to speak, I’m not THAT scary am I?” She says to the being that when yelling aggressively turns into what one might call a eldritch horror. She looks quite happy now.

She nods, following behind the knight, now that the tension in the air is lower, something feels. . .familiar about The Knight. . She isn’t quite able to put her finger on it. .but there’s curiosity about it. As they walk, she inspects the newly equipped ring, she wonders what she can do with it.

She nods, hesitantly taking off the ThornRing, and slowly putting on the unknown ring She puts the ThornRing in her pocket, and looks around, nodding with a slight smile “I can help you look if you like, kinda like a truce!” And so begins what hopefully will be a longstanding truce.

She yelps and flinches as the blade is swung, but as she opens her eyes, she sees the ring she tilts her head. “A. . .Ring? Why? And why is there a Dark Fountain here too?” She looks quite confused, it was hard to learn with someone shrouded in silence She’ll figure it out however.

Noelle stares in silence, for a moment, before holding out their hand and showing the ShadowGem “Why give me this. . .why did you save me?” She asks with a gentle tone, yet her expression was serious. She wanted answers. “Who are you? . .”

Noelle silently steps in, now adjusted to this dark world, she attempts to bring the chains with her so she can lock the Church from the inside. . .but the chains just turn into sparkles. . She at least leaves the sign on the outside, but she closes the door, which makes a loud, audible thud.-

After a while, Noelle manages to pull herself to her Hooves, using Heal Prayer to restore her HP, which helps a LOT with the soreness. After a few moments of looking at the door, she feels something in her hand, she looks down at the shadowy gem. . .when did she get this? . . She wants to find-

She whines as she’s picked up, grasping her torso in pain. . .that swoon really hit her hard. . However, this is probably a better outcome. . .If Noelle kept that onslaught up she would have found out about It’s secret. .and that would have thrown her into an emotional meltdown. “. . ?”-

A shaky hand hits the knight’s hand, her voice shaky, and weak “Don’t. .Take that. .” She says, pulling her hand away from The Knight, far too weak to preform any sort of spell or attack. She sits with her eyes covered, which Noelle simply can’t bring herself to look up, she’s too weak to do so.

With her hands sitting at her sides in this position. . .it was clear to see she was missing the watch she refused to take off. . .and looking back at when It dealt with the Heros. . .Kris had the watch on. . That would be the only reason she’d willingly put something on like this, if it was-

Noelle falls to her knees, getting sent a good distance back from the sheer ferocity of the attack. The snow slows to a gentle trickle, and Noelle falls silent, her mace a good distance to the side from the attack “. . .” She was now at The Knight’s Mercy. .

Noelle actually gets benefit of it going into it’s ball form, because she uses to spires of ice at her feet to launch herself forward, and then she slams downward, knocking the ball into the ground. And then with a stone cold gaze from under her frayed bangs, she begins to SLAM the ball,-

Considering her plan didn’t work, Noelle intends to “Assist” with breaking the ice, bringing the bat up to her shoulders, trying to remember the form her sister taught her when she was little. . She takes a deep breath, and once the knight was close enough, she swings that mace with all her might,-

She gazes at the crack, curious as to who or what The Roaring Knight was. .she looks to the mace in her hands. .she could find out herself. . She attempts to freeze up The Knight’s legs in a thick layer of ice, attempting to subdue it.

Noelle, being a bit of a klutz, slips on a fragment of ice onto her back, both avoiding the sword and accidentally directing it directly back to sender. Noelle lets out a slight groan of pain, not even noticing the sword whiz past her. Then she gets up, catching the tail end of the blade before it-

Noelle uses the mace to block the swing, which was less effective than the sword, but it still worked because of the mace’s heavy nature. Noelle backpedals to a Large piece of rubble, she uses ice to throw it into the air, and then she slams it into The Knight like a baseball, pelting it.-

Noelle would have made a heavier, two handed Mace, maybe even a hammer to deliver her icy justice, however her body has physical limitations. She sees the swords charging at her and steps side to side, a small smile forming on her face as she starts skating, having. . .fun?-

When it gets close enough, she slashes her sword out at its hand, then she seems to get an idea, and she knocks herself a good distance away with another junk of ice, and hurls her sword at the knight’s torso She begins to channel her magic and tension into her hands, and produces-

She sees this, and jumps back a ways to avoid it, tossing a icicle to attemp and knock a sword down to the ground, then, as a show of contest, she imitates, holding her sword in a reverse grip, and holding it high above her head She wasn’t about to. . Once she drives it into the ground, a few-
