We're delighted and a bit proud of ourselves as we've reached our target weights! Caz lost 2 st; Jon 2 st 9 lbs. Last Saturday, we visited Canterbury. Such a lovely city, vibrant and colourful. The cathedral, admired from afar, the river, the quirky streets, and gorgeous buildings... we loved it.
