Say what you will about Batman and Robin, but that opening sequence with Mr Freeze is absolute non stop action. We just don’t get films that give you that rush of adrenaline in the first 10-15 minutes. Even if most of the film isn’t always great.

Art alone cannot create change, rather it serves as a catalyst within ourselves to create it in our lives. Much in the same way a well timed conversation or a random encounter with a new friend can help us see the things within ourselves that need change.

I maintain that The Pitt is one of the most amazing and complexly written and staged show. Looking into the behind the scenes of the show, I’m so surprised this extreme juggling act works so well. The structure is absolutely insane.

My production of Clue starts tomorrow and I’m so excited. We have such a wonderful cast and crew. I’m glad this was the first show I served as a director on.

This premise is weird and interesting. But this feels dystopian. Like, this is the type of film that the Trump administration would want studios to put out. Movies about punishing single people and praising the action of sex.

This week is the opening of a production of Clue that I have been directing with a friend and stars a bunch of great actors I’ve come to know over the years. This being my first rodeo directing a stage production, I honestly didn’t know what I was getting into.

There is no reality where I’d press the red button. The blue button is the only right choice. Because it isn’t about choosing to live or die, it’s a litmus test for your morals.

Happy to report that the Witch Hat Atelier adaptation is so far pretty good. I’m a fan of the manga (although I haven’t read the last four volumes) and to see it adapted so well is just amazing and scratches my Owl House itch.

There is a new script idea I’m working on. It’s sci fi and WAY away from anything I’ve done before. I’ve always been interested in space exploration, but there is always something MORE to exploration than just going to planets.
