Playing Doom 3, first time. I’m surprised how good the game’s atmosphere is. Things jump out from the shadows at you and there’s a good mix of hellish demons, regular zombies and zombies with guns! First time in an FPS however where a shotgun sucks ass, but otherwise it is a solid game #blutoid

I’ve been hooked on Jade Empire recently. Fantastic game, built on the KOTOR1 engine just with real-time combat. I wasn’t expecting the game to be genuinely funny, the writing is entertaining and the gameplay, while janky is easy to acclimate to. We may never see a sequel but a real gem #blutoid

Recently, I have been hooked on Far Cry 3. The game has a generous checkpoint system that makes it easy to pickup up sporadically, and for a 2012 game, it’s vibrant and beautiful! The story plays out like a box office movie, and the gunplay, vehicles, and crafting system are all top notch. #blutoid

Dragon Quest VII is being remade again, 10 years after the 3DS version! I really enjoyed playing through this on the PS1, but for some reason the 3DS version was just okay to me. Either way, I will pick this up again on Steam and beat one of the longest JRPGs for a 3rd time #blutoid

I could not get used to the placement of the sticks relative to the dpad and face buttons. Fast-forward years later and I enjoy this layout on my Steam deck. If valve ever makes a Steam controller 2 they could use this as a base. It seems to have enough real estate for small trackpads even! #blutoid
