I had an infusion this week. The infusion made me really unwell. Every morning this week, I’ve woken with hope I’d feel better. This morning I didn’t and it depressed me - this afternoon I feel more myself. Sometimes the waiting and uncertainty can feel just as heavy as the symptoms themselves.

I saw evidence today of what my business is scraping of its employees. Nothing is left unturned. Calendars. Attachments. All emails. All messaging conversations. All shared links. They can Gen-AI the shit out of how you go about your minute, let alone week.
