Lovely #MiniPainting and #Gunpla people - can anyone recommend anywhere reputable in the UK (or the EU with decent shipping rates) that have Stedi panel liners? Those fluorescent ones are very interesting.

Extra long bank holiday so sitting in an adorable little tea room for lunch. The tea comes with a set of tiny hourglasses for timing how strong you want your tea!

#inkvent day 25 Glad Tidings Never was an ink so misnamed. This is an absolutely jet black ink in most light but sheens to a green gold when it catches the sun. All I can think is that it looks like the colours HR Giger would have used for Alien sketches. The photo doesn't do it justice.

#inkvent day 24 Salted Caramel A lovely rich toffee brown with a stunning amount of gold shimmer. An orangey brown counterpart to the sepia toned Nutmeg from a few days ago but with the same huge amount of shimmer.

#inkvent day 23 Pine Needle A vibrant apple green with the same tone shimmer. Don't think I've got anything else like it but it really stands out from the page. Good shimmer even with my slightly shimmer averse Twsbi.

#inkvent day 22 Nutmeg Welp, I only got a terrible photo because the weather is terrible but this is a sepia toned ink with so much gold shimmer. It's not so much an ink with shimmer as a ton of shimmer with some ink.

#inkvent day 21 Cosmic Glow Be still my chrome-plated Synthwave loving heart. Another full on Synthwave sheen, this time navy and pinky purple. Darker and bluer than Vibe which now seems more teal compared to this Absolutely gorgeous. Will be buying a full bottle the moment it is released.

#inkvent day 20 Potpourri A very subdued pink ink with grey hints. Sort of the counterpoint to Wilted Rose but with grey tones instead of brown.

#inkvent day 19 Fruit Cocktail Its a vibrant orange ink. It's got a sweet scent that doesn't really stick the paper. Its fine. Not really my kind of colour but the smell is very reminiscent of the Fruit Cocktail sweets.

#inkvent day 18 Vibe Wow. Just Synthwave in a bottle. A beautiful vivid teal with the most gorgeous purple sheen. I have some Octopus inks which are Synthwavey but this just blows them out of the water Will be buying a full bottle of this the moment it is released. Totally my favourite so far.

#inkvent day 17 Winterberry Now this is Christmassy. A vivid crimson ink with a slightly burgundy tint and red shimmer.

#inkvent day 16 Tundra A lovely deep warm grey which would brighten up a page while still being neutral enough for an everyday writing ink.

#inkvent day 15 Sleigh Ride 100% buying a bottle of this when it comes out. A STUNNING terracotta ink with a lime green sheen that even in my medium nib shows the colour shift effortlessly. 10/10 no notes.

#inkvent day 14 Mint Twist A minty green ink with a very subtle shimmer. So subtle it's non-existent in any of the photos I took. Think I might swap out to the medium nib pen tomorrow and deep clean the stub nib over the weekend - hopefully that might get the shimmers to flow better

#inkvent day 13 Lullaby A very pinky lilac/purpley pink. A really sugary colour but deep enough to be good for writing. Not a colour I would generally go for but I quite like it.

#inkvent day 12 Snow Globe This is a vibrant bright blue ink with a turquoise shimmer though it doesn't photo well outside of direct sunlight. Even the daylight lamp wasn't happy. Or I'm just terrible at taking photos (which is more likely - though I am getting lots of practice with inkvent).

#inkvent day 11 Grotto A really fun red ink with a lime green sheen. Very bright and Christmassy.

#inkvent day 10 Chilly Nights A lovely deep blue with a petrol/purple hue and so much sparkle. Despite what I thought I saw when I was first writing with it the sparkles are definitely silver, not blue.

#inkvent day 9 Wishing Tree A grey-green ink that looked really dour until it caught the light and the sparkle really came out. The sparkle looks multicoloured in strong sunlight.

Today on 'weird stuff I had to look up during our #Scion #Dragon game': When was soft serve ice cream invented? When was Mr Whippy founded? Both questions vitally important to the PCs' plans.

#inkvent day 8 Marley A cool grey ink veering on a purply/blue tinge. I could see this one being useful as an everyday ink. Deep enough to be good for writing, soft enough to feel special.

#inkvent day 7 Lemon and Lime A somewhat sparkly yellow ink with cool green undertones. There is a storm and horrific rain so this is the best photo I'm going to get. Nice, vibrant and cheerful.

#inkvent day 6 Cranberry What I'm here for! Despite the bottle saying this is a 'standard' ink, this is a lovely burgundy ink with a yellowy green sheen.

#inkvent day 5 Icy Lilac The weather is dreary, the light is dreadful and the palest of pale lilac inks does not photograph well here. It's a lovely pale lilac with a silver shimmer.

#inkvent day 4 Forest Gateau, a lovely deep rich burgundy ink which glides across the paper like silk. It also smells of cherries but that is totally incidental to the fact that this is a beautiful colour that I really enjoyed writing with.

#invent day 3 Noble Fir A bright green ink with a silvery green shimmer that really doesn't get justice in the photo.

#inkvent day 2 Wilted Rose This dusky rose seemed very pale while wet but dried into this lovely deep pinky brown colour.

#inkvent day 1 Baltic Breeze A rather washed out denim blue-grey with a bronze shimmer. Blue with bronze should be my thing but I'm a bit disappointed with how wishy-washy the blue is. Might look great on unlined paper for sketching but I'm not really convinced for actual writing.

Just seen the Mononoke Phantom in the Rain movie and can honestly say that the techno-shamisen music is awesome. Admittedly I own a whole load of music that probably classifies as #AeonTrinity Muezzin Bang.

Picked up the diamine #inkvent calendar from a lovely little place in Harrogate called Art From The Heart (don't think they're on here yet though.) Now so see if my willpower holds up and I can wait til December...

Been looking forward to this since it was announced. Pledged! (Not that I'm obsessed with both space and mythology or anything...)

First session Scion:Dragon this evening. It was so much fun! The PCs had a blast running around thwarting Scion plans and getting various pantheons framed for the chaos.

Sudden favourite for this season's new anime. A Returner's Magic Should Be Special has THE most terrifying kaiju-like dragon that it was giving me Pacific Rim flashbacks.

My players finally failed their 'dodge plot' rolls on my Broken Compass/Ruins of Azlant campaign tonight. Today's session did cement the theory that if I ever run a follow-up campaign one of the current PCs will be the BBEG for that one though.

I'm starting to think that 50% of GMing is giving the players enough plot rope to hang themselves with and 50% trying to figure out why they think there's a plot related idea to do something but none of them can remember what that is either...
