I hope one day to live in a society that values art, literature and knowledge as opposed to one that treats those who do appreciate all of that as outcasts.

The Twilight Zone has been streaming on Tubi for free and being the Rod Serling fan that I am, I've been taking full advantage of it. Most episodes have aged very well and some are even more relevant today than when they first aired. It's been fun revisiting it and I highly recommend.

I live in a rural Midwestern area. The crazies here see this as a paradise. Instead of the little guy on Fantasy Island yelling "dee plane! Dee plane!" we got meth heads going "dee train! Dee train!"

According to my kids, it's National Donut Day. So, I dunno... eat a donut or something I guess. I don't know what to do on these weird little observations.

The only instrument I play is harmonica. And I'm not even that good 😂. Does that make me a musician? Because I've been thinking about experimenting. Artists like Daniel Johnston and Wesley Willis and bands like The Shaggs have been inspiring me to just fucking do it.

I shot the third episode for this series 6 months ago and I'm just now editing the last scene. Summer was crazy with family matters that required my attention and a nice slew of mental health issues kept me too busy or never in the mood to work on it. I'm aiming to get this done real soon.

I'm actually quite ecstatic that none of my relatives have an account on here. I can say what I want about how some of them are the bane of my existence and not have to deal with all the childish drama that would follow on platforms like FB and IG 😛. Fun times ahead.
