4th game finished - Klonoa 2 Phantasy Reverie version. K2 is one of my favorite games of all time. I could write a lot more about what this game means to me. But I'll save that for another time. The remake was good, it would've been perfect with a switch to the old graphics-

Sekiro is great but I have two real criticisms of it. 1)Losing XP in this game makes no sense because Skill points are used for unlocking skills and some passives. You can't grind yourself out of the challenge like Souls games. SP is just unlocking new moves. Imagine if you lost red orbs in DMC

If you believe Steam has a monopoly on pc gaming then start buying games from GOG, EGS, Itch etc. Its usually the big publishers that don't put their games out on multiple store fronts. Indies are everywhere they can be.

I don't know who needs to hear this but "funny" negative Steam reviews hurt developers. "I haven't seen my wife and kids in 6 days after starting to play this game" - Negative review It's not good y'all.

I've done it. Lies of P + Overture finished again. I can finally put this back on the shelf. Only to pick it up again at some point but not now. Can't replay it again.

It literally has a disclosure on its Steam page. It didn't "slip through", man. You tried to charge people for a thing that's got slop in it and they're mad. I have an extension to add a pop-up on the Steam page for it but I really think it should be by default top-of-page.

I've been holding off playing this because the controller support is terrible. So, 1) I hope they fixed that and 2) the voice acting comes to PC. It's really annoying when an indie games to PC first and then consoles with exclusive stuff later. Punishing your first supporters is not a good look.

People mad at this Eurogamer review for using scoring as a form of activism- are the same people who use Steam reviews to bully developers to do what they want. Bullying devs to remove/add pronouns or something, etc. Giving Celeste a bad review because it has a small flag, things like that.

Do you put a before AAA or an? By logic an always goes before words that begin with a vowel and a when it begins with a consonant. But AAA is read as triple-A so it should be a but it looks wrong.

Dungeon Crawlers and survival horror are two gaming genres built around resource conservation but I haven't seen the two really combine. We've had dungeon crawler games with horror theming, we've had survival horror RPGs but never this specific fusion.
