Opossum update: when we rescued these two, we were given the cage seen in the picture in the thread. It's adequate for the time being, but the little one kept freaking out anytime the larger one got near.

So last night I learned: if you offer an opossum fruit, they will take it gently from your hand with their mouth. But if you offer a dubia roach, they will go full feral and bite your fingers trying to get it.

It's been 6 days since we got the opossums. Socialization is going pretty well so far.

Last week we helped out a friend by taking 2 of the 12 opossums she has taken from a crowded opossum rescue (too help out her friend there). Since then, we have been working on getting them socialized.

I had a little helper at the desk while I worked last night.

The baby chicks are in full awkward stage, where they are half fuzz and half feathers. Still think they are adorable though. Also they look like tiny raptors.

While it may be morning to a lot of you, this is when I'm usually asleep... (I usually go to bed around 5-6 AM my time) But I'm not asleep right now, I can't sleep for some reason... I've been sick all week, and slept a bunch. So maybe my body is just saying "enough sleep for now, go do something!"

This little guy, and one other (didn't get a picture) come everyday around the same time to our backyard flowers. If we are nearby the bush he likes doing gardening, he will sit down on a branch nearby, and wait for us to move, before getting his nectar. It's super adorable!

So I've been out of town the last two weeks helping a friend out who had major surgery. So I haven't been able to stream at all, which makes me a little sad. Especially since there was a new Hades 2 update! Don't get me wrong though. I'm glad I can help out my friend, just a little home sick atm.

I saw we are finally getting rain back home, after a year or no rain, it makes me happy. I just wish I was there to enjoy it. It would be much better than the cold snowy winds of Utah. But helping out a friend is more important than all that

After working for almost two years on my fan Pokemon game, I'm about ready to release the demo. The demo contains: 70+ new Pokemon 5 cities and the routes between to explore 3 gyms And a few other things to discover. I would love to get people to play it and get feedback/help find any bugs.

We've been really trying for a long time to get Rudania to properly shed (Red Tegus are notoriously bad shedders). We've finally had some success and have gotten half of it to come off. She's so smooth and soft without the stuck shed. And it's nice to see her true color.
