🧵 It’s dropping to 29° tonight. Myself and a couple friends just spent the evening taking blankets, coats, hats and some food bags to a couple homeless camps in town. We have a large number of homeless veterans here. As do many cities. This country has lost its way…

I’m officially old! Doing some DIY, redoing my pantry and had to remove the old wire shelving where all the screws were stripped out, so it was literally me, 52 screws, with a pair of pliers and every ounce of strength I could muster… Almost died twice😹 Now I’m soaking my hands in ice water 😹

Got an appointment that has my anxiety💯 My annual MRI and a follow up with the neurosurgeon where we go back and forth about surgery. Last time he ate his words from when was gonna put rods in to stabilize my spine and I refused and my body healed in ways he didn’t expect. 🤞🏻for good news tomorrow
