I got myself a tea advent calendar. Day 1 is chocolate truffle which was a bummer. I’m not a fan of chocolate in general (especially not so in tea form) but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting it to be so I’ll give it that. Hoping there aren’t any more chocolate flavors in here. 😬

Did a bulk of the cooking (7 hrs worth..) today so I’m not fighting for cooking/prepping space tomorrow at my mom’s. I love pulling out all my fun dishes.

As soon as we moved into our new place, the house across from us got torn down & now construction has commenced. It’s so loud. This will be going all winter. 😾 This morning they’re having to blast some giant rocks underground so there’s giant ‘booms’ & everything shakes. My animals are quite upset.
