I'm toying with the idea of selling my mask base files. What do you generally expect from a 3d file? Should I include multiple sizes, or let people figure that out on their own? Should I include eyes and teeth and stuff? Is the risk of theft too high to be worth it?

Me: "Yeah the cat was my first 3D printed one, but I'm making myself and my wife some dragons. They don't have eyes yet but here's how they're going" 50 year old construction worker with an "ultra MAGA" patch: "That's really cool, how long does that take you?"

Is Mod Podge good for anything? Every time I use Mod Podge in a project i'm like "well, the Mod Podge didn't work." Why do I keep trying to use it? Is it only good for gluing magazine cutouts to wooden boxes?

I have to make femme padding for the blue dragon I'm working on. My model is a broad chested person, so store bought forms are all too narrow. I'm prototyping my own with stretch fabric and poly pellets. Where'd I get the pattern? That's none of your business. 🤫

How to smooth out bumpy TPU head bases. The backs of the cheeks were a slight undercut when they were printing so they have some gloopy loopies. That's a technical term btw.

I got myself a spool of Varioshore. I like it a lot but I'm getting these warts and dribbles. Anyone else have this issue? I'm using my .8 nozzle and it's really dribbly. Can I fix it with retraction settings or should I just make my peace with it?

Ok i simplified the teeth a bunch and I'm a lot happier. Idk why I was making each tooth its own object. Why use many polygons when few do trick? Also I figured out you can take a video just as easily as a screencap.

Me last night, lying in bed awake, thinking of how this could go more quickkly next time It WORKED. I'm the BEST. I'm going to print some prototypes today, but I'm going to outsource the final prints to get done in SLS

Jet V2 print turned out just barely too small for my head. There is zero ease, so opening my mouth makes her whole face distort. If I were desperate I would modify this print to fit, but I'm just going to reprint her slightly larger.
