Spring 2025

Well I had a great nights sleep despite sleeping for most of yesterday 11.45hrs and then 7.30 hrs last night

Well my spring Covid vaccine I had this morning feels like someone is continuously punching me in the arm , but it’s a necessary Evil in my case . Far better to have pain now and be protected against Covid . Once having Covid was enough for me

Sort of got more sleep , catnaps today

3.32am and now making a cuppa tea as I can’t sleep with this thirst

God I feel strange today …. I haven’t had my usual catnaps and have been up since about 4.00am this morning

Well it’s five in the morning and to getting together the ingredients for a chicken and mushroom rogan Josh curry for today with saffron rice

Give up on sleep as up twice tonight and peeing and am not gonna try to go back to sleep

Unfortunately I have to take a lot of medication for various health conditions. As a rule I don’t have a problem taking the medication but lately the manufacturers of some meds has changed and I have noticed they either don’t work as well and in some cases they don’t work at all… is it just me!?!

Anther early wake up and I am convinced it’s down to two things , both new med and prostate issue

I have accepted that the lack of decent sleep has become a problem but last night getting up to pee three times and after the third time it’s a case of sod it, am staying up now! Cap nap day

Been out and nipped on the mobility scooter to my chemist picked up meds for the month and ask some advice about recovering from recent surgery, and was told it’s gonna take a bit longer than normal… Apex pharmacy is the best pharmacist around and after 25years I ain’t gonna change

Slept well ish and woke up on the sofa but the strange thing is I don’t remember coming down stairs

The Royal Free hospital tomorrow and I have gathered my thoughts and preparations as to Q&As I need to ask and tell them my thoughts.l hope I can get the answers and help I need to help me physically and mentally
