escapism is a dangerous thing in the long term, it's better to avoid engaging with media as a way to escape your reality. instead try to engage with the ones that can help you manage reality. seeing life through different lenses and influencing your way of living it positively.

be the most yourself you can be the most human, raw, unfiltered, real, unpredictable, personal, spontaneous, shameless and let it flow through your art, whatever it is, while embracing a constant state of change

don't forget that your surroundings influence your subconscious day-by-day see if you can try making your place look and feel more comfortable to spend the time house chores also play a big role on this and doing it everyday can be the first step into discipline it heals you
