Rubin Colwill injury update from BB-M: “Rubin Colwill is back running on the treadmill, so we expect him to be on the grass next week." Cardiff have been without Rubin since coming off injured at Northampton in November.

Eli King is making progress after his ACL injury but is not expected to be in contention to play againt this season. While the injury to Rubin Colwill is less serious and he could be back in contention next month, BB-M hopes King will train with the squad this season but not play.

RIP Terry Yorath. The former Wales captain and manager, and one time manager of Cardiff City has died aged 75.
