Frankenstein was a beautiful film. Much more faithful to the works of Mary Shelley. Exploring romanticism and the themes of grief, love, cruelty and joy. I've always felt like Frankenstein being considered one of the Universal Monsters always bastardized the beauty of the story being told. IMHO.
