The Behind the Scenes section of the Piggy Tales DVD shows test animations. One features real claymation with Red and a pig in Cobalt, The other was more accurate to the show, with a early pig model based off of the early toons look, seemingly to be used in final going by a props sheet. #AngryBirds

Around the early 2010s, British company Panini developed a proposal for an Angry Birds comic, illustrated by Lee Carey. The art mostly consisted of traces from Angry Birds animated shorts. It's unknown how far this proposal got or if Rovio was ever contacted. #AngryBirds
