I swear my PC can't catch a break, because I've just had to replace the entire power supply. The last one started to get unusually loud, and it would throttle after playing ANY game for around 20 minutes. I do mean ANY because I first noticed this on Ring Racers. So much for the PSU being "quiet".

I don't know why, but Fortnite always likes to make these drums low poly whenever I go to use the drum lounging emote. Heck this time today it also affected the character I was playing as. Hatsune Miku's hair is now one polygon.

Seeing someone from Ubisoft itself be part of a community made Rayman showcase presentation was really unexpected but really cool to see. Not every day you see the owners of the character fully acknowledge fan projects to this capacity.

After playing the Open Network Test for nearly 4 hours, I think I'm just gonna wait for a discount on Sonic Racing Crossworlds. The game plays decently enough, but I found the available tracks to be rather generic, leaving only the item chaos because there's been a lot of getting kart'd moments.

Yeah that feeling hasn't changed much with the official upload of "Cross the Worlds". It's a shame that the lyrics bring it down, because it otherwise sounds fine. If there's any Sonic song I wish had an instrumentation version at this point, it would probably be that.

I found out last night there's now a Phillips CD-i core on the MiSTer. How could I not try out a CD-i thing without playing one of the greatest in Koridai: Hotel Mario? It surprisingly works really well considering Hotel Mario has freezing problems during the point tally screen on MAME.

I want to be excited for Sonic Racing CrossWorlds since I did enjoy the Closed Network Test, but it's been very up and down with what I've been hearing about the game.

Probably goes without saying, but I'm having a lot of fun with Mario Kart World and its intense battle royale-esque mode!

You know, I'm not very familiar with Marvel, but that fighting game shown in the State of Play legitimately looks pretty cool. Like it's shocking that I went through the whole stream not being very keen on nearly all the games shown, only to be wowed at the very end by a Marvel game of all things.

Not gonna lie, I really wasn't expecting the Hightower video to do as well as it has, after my last two Gmod videos did poorly in viewership. It's now currently my third most viewed Gmod video, behind Mario kicking a blue spiny shell, and that really bad Don't Push the Button entry with bleedy eyes.

So I tried the fabled "New Funky Mode" to briefly see what Funky Kong plays like. 2-3 hours later I've finished the whole game with him because he's surprisingly really fun to play as for being the added Easy mode of the Switch version. Actually forget "Easy", I'd say this was a Funky speedrun mode

I installed an M.2 on my PC today, thinking it would be convenient to have an extra SSD for particular games I play often (+ Gmod and its mountable games), and the loading time benefits were like:

As dumb as this game will probably be, I do give it props for attempting a comic book like aesthetic. That being said however, why are there artificial scanlines in this game? I don't recall anyone looking at comics through a CRT TV, outside of the comic book extras in Sonic Mega Collection Plus.
