Things I write when I am river

it's when you slow down, you start noticing everything that loves and accepts you the way you are

let nature keep reminding you of your gentleness

i still get in and out of the despair but i am able to remain more and more time outside

you think and think and think and then you surrender because you are too tired to think anymore, and then things happen

when you start understanding that you are just a medium, every moment turns into a gift

in the moments when you truly surrender, you just soak in everything you feel then. you won't analyze it, you won't doubt it, you won't put a single effort to write about it, you will just let it transform something inside you effortlessly

very few read me now but these words reach deeper now, a lot deeper i know

i want it to rain, i want it to just keep raining so that all the sounds blend and the only sound everyone can hear is of the rain falling

slowing down often leads to finding out not what you had been searching for all your life but something that positively changes rest of your life

they represent darkness as if it's going to break you, why don't they let feelings be feelings without glorifying them so much

I was here meditating in silence for 7 days. There's so much of I that used to exist doesn't exist anymore.

for those of us who often feel the chest tightness due to fast paced life and chaos culture, gentleness is the only way

when your head is clear and when you disconnect yourself from everything there is, you realize how temporary everything is. weather changes while you observe, humans change even more rapidly, circumstances too keep changing. through grief or joy, life is nothing but a festival.

i am being taken care of. just taking my time to accept this divine intervention.

satisfaction of being able to write words that really helps someone

it's that time of the year when i consciously remind myself how i am nothing but a simple flower amidst vast forest

i know exactly i need in so many moments more and more of the music that i feel so deep i stop spiraling into thoughts that tell me i am not magic

i am going to write no matter if i am verified, unverified, known, not known, whether the number on my profile increases decreases or whatever. i am just going to write because i know even if i am helping one person heal while healing myself, this is all worth it.

it's often during long silence, most beautiful flowers grow

we need more people who don't intend to break silence, who just let it be

and trust me when I say this, if I get a choice, i'd still choose to be where my words went inside you over a choice of what my hands touched

these days i am embracing the darkness that pushes me into an uncomfortable feeling but at the same time remembering all the days when i was full of light and that helps me remain sane

it's here again, a minor version but it's going to go away since i am aware now

the magic of expressing simple feelings in simple words

i am soon going to write words that feel like a river

trusting the process of i becoming healthier and kinder in the next few months

who am i at the moment but a tree swaying gently with the wind

i understand these wars now, the ones within and i can tell you all of them keep teaching me only one lesson: in order to win inner wars, i've to slow down, really slow down and just be one with everything around

the way i hold myself together on some days, i don't take credit for it for it's all that invisible power, it's all you and all the good energy universe keeps sending towards me

once again i could put myself above my fear, above everything else and this is the beginning i know

panic attack is a reminder on what needs to change inside you

let's just keep letting go until we float and blend and become one

every single time i don't get something that i've been chasing, i think how many more beautiful things this experience will redirect me towards in the coming days

there's so much more to me to keep surrendering and isn't this beautiful

many won't stay around in your vulnerable phase and that's the way life filters out what's not important for you

your healing always happens in the present moment, this is the moment where you can choose to simply let go the previous moment or an upcoming moment and just feel sacred

i am holding on, one breath at a time, one night at a time, one day at a time
