[one of the pokemon catches orange's immediate interest: feraligatr! he opens up the log, but rather than reading, he approaches the display of the pokemon. no matter what, though, he can't seem to get it to move.]

[it moves toward a pokedex application, but it stops when it notices it's being waved at again. after a glance, it opens the app.] [wow! there's so many of them here! it takes its time scrolling through the logs.]

[mimicking her by drawing three, cartoonish tentacles around his head and waving them back. its not entirely accurate, but it's as close as he'll get.]

[curious, it starts climbing across the screen of terry's device. it hasn't been in a place like this before. how exciting!]
