Edinburgh knitter, astrologer, goddess guide. Making as sacred practice. YT: The Meaningful Stitch
Heading out in my Coorie-in Poncho. Still my favourite layering piece. Iām wearing my red one over the top of my grey wool coat. A bold splash of colour on an otherwise grey day. Have you knitted a Coorie In Poncho? How do you like to style yours?

Platform 8/9W at Edinburgh Waverley is, without a doubt, the coldest place in the whole city. Grateful for the scalding latte from Nero currently warding off frostbite.

Iāve been busy adding names in my book for the 2025 My Word Goddess Readings. Such a joy to see so many familiar names as folk return year after year. Knowing that these readings form such a loving and supportive element to this time of year makes my heart glad.

Dinner tonight is salmon served with broccoli cheese gratin and season 2 of Charmed for company. Wondering what 90s show you missed out on first time round?

A wee intro - Iām an Edinburgh-based goddess guide and astrologer with a focus on goddess asteroids. Iām also a knitter & knitwear designer who podcasts over on YT (The Meaningful Stitch). I particularly love to knit shawls aka soulskins. Loves swans & seals & Mary Oliver poems. š§¶š¦¢šŖš¦

Trawling through astrological ephemeris gathering data on goddess asteroid transits of 2025 to add into the upcoming My Word Goddess Readings. A lot of work but so excited to include the asteroid info this time!

Spotted some stray purl stitches in my current WIP. Trying to find it in myself to be ok with it, but oh, my inner perfectionist is vexed. Vexed, I tell you!

The full Taurus moon is so bright that it has changed the depth of night into a time of gloaming. I would take a photo but anything I captured wouldnāt do it justice. Instead, close your eyes & bring to mind a beautiful big full moon illuminating a thin veil of cloud⦠There. Now you see it too, yes?

I always think of the classic paradox of the irrepressible force meeting the immovable object during a Taurus full moon, with moon in Taurus the immovable object and sun in Scorpio the irrepressible force. It can be a bit intense! Invitation: go gentle, be kind, stay curious.

I dreamt I was in a colour analysis session identifying cool colours & warm colours. And then the dream shifted and I found myself lost in a crowd. The first part was better! What did you dream about last night under the light of a Taurus full moon?
