I notice that FeTV is showing PERRY MASON uncut. With commercials, it fills an hour and fifteen minutes time slot. Very nice!

This is my second favorite screen version of A Christmas Carol. My favorite Scrooge will always be Alastair Sim. (He looks like the John Leech illustration come to life.) Sim seems to positively enjoy his bah humbuggery. Michael Caine’s Scrooge, on the other hand, is bitter, angry and deeply sad. 🎥
