The one that does the comics. New Kane comics in 2025!
I hear that Prince William has been photographed on the set of the TARDIS, which seems to be an unexpected turn for this years Christmas Special

You know the film script is being written now. Helen Mirrem is Sister Bernadette in this smash hit from Disney! Just in time for Christmas 2026!

Today is Free Comic Book Day! It's also World Naked Gardening Day! However you want to celebrate, I hope you enjoy the day. But please remember to dress appropriately. I haven't been allowed to shop in Forbidden Planet after that unfortunate incident on Free Comic Book Day 2015.

And now, after his uplifting Easter Address to the world, Donald Trump is going to have to say something nice about the Pope.

Donald Trump has been announced to be the healthiest person in the White House by his latest doctor, Doctor Barbabella, who I do hope will be played by Jane Fonda in Trump The Movie

April 5th and I'm already wearing a T shirt? It's not even Easter yet! By the time Summer gets here I'll be wearing nothing but a smile and Sun Factor 50!! Truth is, I probably won't be getting out much in the Summer.

Okay, things are looking bad right now. We're all in a hand basket heading towards economic Hell. But just think of the award winning comical musicals they'll be writing about this in 100 years time! It'll all be worthwhile then

And now Donald Trump denies he ever said that the President of Ukraine was a dictator. It was less than a week ago.

The radio news reader said that Gene Hackman was famous for playing Lex Luthor in the Superman films, which I think says more about the news reader (or whoever wrote the report) than it does about Gene Hackman

"I love you Sir. I think you're great. I'll kill for you" is a great line. If you're wanting to suggest there may be problems with the speakers mental health. Not sure I'd use it if I was asked by an interviewer why I'd applied for a job

So, Ukraine is the aggressive dictatorship and Russia is the brave freedom loving democracy that is under attack? Shouldn't you have to do some kind of Political Exam before running for President to show you have a basic grasp of World Politics?

Personally I think Donald Trump is to be applauded for his commitment to trying to unite a fractious and divided Europe against a common enemy. America.

Sadly the destructive asteroid set to crash into Earth won't actually arrive for another 7 years. I'm not sure if there's going to be much left to actually destroy by then.

Honestly, the way things keep happening in the world, it's like we're actually living in a real life Superman film! Sadly, one without Superman.

I can't help thinking that introducing a Murder/Banishment element to this year's Apprentice would help keep them on their toes. It's only been on 30 minutes and I've got my eye on a few that could be killed off

I assume at this point, the long term plan is to rename Planet Earth as America.

It's bad enough that we have to take Donald Trump's half considered ideas seriously we also have to deal with Elon Musk's nonsense and misinformation too? For the next four years?

After the latest Wallace and Gromit adventure, some people are calling for Gromit to be the next James Bond, which is of course ludicrous given he's a dog. But I see no reason why the next James Bond couldn't be made of plasticine...

Today is December 26th, or as we call it in the UK, Boxing Day. For those of you unfamiliar with British customs, this is the day when we celebrate cardboard and all the wonder of the box. Yay! Go cardboard!!

One of my favourite bit of useless musical knowledge that I carry in my head is that the guy singing 'Just Give Me Love ooh ooh oo' in the background of Joan Armatradings Love and Affection is Clarke Peters, from the Wire.

Presumably Canadian comic prices will be 25% cheaper than US prices, so they'll need to boost border security to cut down on illegal comic smuggling? Maybe they'll need to build a wall?

So it seems we can look forward to a 25% tariff on Canadian imports to the US. Given that the majority of comics are printed in Canada, I don't think comic prices are coming down anytime soon.
