Kotetsu turned 7 on August 11th. Time flies. He has a chronic illness, but I'm so glad he's doing so well. He ate everything on the cake except the tomatoes 🤣 We ate a little cake. We'll do what's best for you. Let's spend as much time together as possible. With Mommy and Daddy.
